At One Change Project CIC, our vision is to create a happier world where we all have better mental health. To achieve this, we believe that we need to establish Happy Habits from a young age. Once established, these habits act as a toolkit for life. That is why we have created the My Happy Habit Journal.

This is of particular importance now, as we know that children and young people have been hugely affected by the ongoing events of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the principles of the journal apply at any time, given the increasing complexity and challenges of modern life. Our aim is to engage children early to enable them to build their core resilience and provide them with a safe space to explore these strategies and help them visualise and verbalise their feelings in response.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to The Cameron Grant Memorial Trust who has supported 5 schools across Warwickshire to access the My Happy Habit Journal. To find out more about their fantastic work visit their website here.
